Johan is a seasoned hospitality professional. Starting his career in high volume Steakhouses Johan worked his way from bartending to general manager of Sophie''s Steakhouse in Chelsea as well as the 300 seat Covent Garden site.

After cutting his teeth in the industry Johan opened his own restaurant called Source Battersea with his wife in 2013. After several years of consistent growth Johan took the opportunity to study a global MBA at Ashridge Executive
Education, Hult International Business School in London and the USA.

In 2018 Johan joined Brigad as the UK Country Manager successfully establishing the business in London as a firm competitor and counts some of the capital''s finest hospitality brands among Brigad''s clients. Johan now looks forward to further redefining the gig economy and bringing the future of work to more people across many more locations in the UK empowering people to ''Work your Way''.
