Passionate about helping people to understand behaviour in a service led environment, Janet Wood founded Silent Customer in 2008.
Technology is necessary in generating, collating and being able to analyse feedback but using it to initiate change, Janet believes, is the key to delighting customers.
Janet began in the industry, in pot wash, at 14 and has remained in hospitality all her life. Janet has worked as a manager in events, guest houses, weddings, conference venues and restaurants.
