Phill began work in the print industry 20 years ago. His automation and software experience began when he created spreadsheet macros to automate digital variable-data printing - cutting print time, errors and staff numbers dramatically.

Phill is a passionate, creative thinker who strives to make things work better, he is a self-taught developer, always learning and constantly putting this knowledge to use.
