Passionate about customer engagement and communication, Nicklas has spent the last three years working with global on demand and delivery companies to improve user experience and customer loyalty.

Nicklas joined Sinch via the acquisition of Stockholm based CPaaS start-up focused on providing Voice, Video and Verification services for enterprise clients, where he was leading the global go to market team, working with on demand companies like Uber, Uber Eats, Grab, Careem, Didi Chuxing and Booking.com.

Prior to joining Sinch, Nicklas worked in the payment and fintech space for ten years, creating great payment experiences primarily in the e-commerce sector. Nicklas has a Masters in Computer Science and a Bachelors in Finance from Stockholm University and Royal Institute of Technology.
