Born in Poland but calls UK home for over 10 years. Graduated in Finance and Banking and HR Management but ended up focusing professionally on technology and systems. Started her career in Jamie’s Italian and now, heading the Systems Team in Various Eateries, where she is actively involved in the success of brands such as Coppa Club. Outside of work she still likes to hold a paper book in her hand and enjoys camping trips to places where mobile phone reception is a luxury.
