To celebrate the opening of its new venue in London’s Victoria Nova, on Thursday, February 9th, Shake Shack is offering a free, limited edition, Mast Cocoa Beer Float in collaboration with Mast Chocolate.

The men behind this new and novel offering are Shake Shack’s Culinary Director Mark Rosati and Mast London’s Head Chocolate Maker Jon Hogan, who have mastered the taste of the innovative limited edition beer through combining Shake Shack’s vanilla custard with non-alcoholic cocoa beer and Mast Brothers dark chocolate.

The collaboration also extends further down the menu, as the new opening sees the inclusion of Mast’s bean-to-bar chocolates in two new and exclusive offerings. Customers to the Victoria Nova branch can enjoy the brand new Union Shack concrete and the Peanut Butter Palace concrete both featuring Mast’s very own chocolate chunks. Rather excitingly, the new offerings don’t stop there as the new venue has also inspired the creation of Victoria’s concrete, featuring a Shake Shack favourite the vanilla frozen custard alongside strawberry jam, St. John Bakery brown sugar biscuit and banana.

In accordance with their ethos to stand for something good, Shake Shack has promised to donate 5% sales from every purchase of the Union Shack concrete to Caxton Youth, a local based charity that works to better the lives of young disabled people.
